Week Six Again

so Jeanna and I were busy for 4 days and decided to give our bodies a break and we are restarting week six. We started that yesterday and after 4 days it feel great to get back to it. My weight is 195 now.

Well my 30 day results are as such:

DCN: 2952 Calories
Day 1 Stats;
Weight-in: 207lb
Body fat: 24%
RMR: 2070
DAB: 414
DCN: 3084 Calories

Updated Pictures Stomach is shrinking and the arms are getting some tone. I can see it in my face a bit also.

Blogging skills

Man My blogging skills suck butt. I'm still working out, alive, eating well, less than 200 lbs and feel great. Yesterday weigh in was 196.... yeah now get me to 190.

Wow it's day 26

So my blogging sucks! Day after Valentines day I was sick and then I have to work on the car last night so Jeanna and I did and AM workout and we will do X-Stretch tonight then Core work in the am to we are back on track by tomorrow night. I'm at my previous goal of 196 pounds this am and KK even said "Wow Bill you're losing a lot of weight." and that was just when I was working out in a tank top. Usually I wear big T-Shirts so It would be harder to notice. I can see results and so do others so I guess P90X works good..

Workout days 22&23

Sunday was off, Monday was YogaX and Today was Core Synergistics Workout. Tomorrow is KenpoX. Broke a nice sweat today doing core work. Weight is still fluctuating between 197 and 201 depending on day and time. I was 199 this AM when I weighed in.

Two days from my last post. Day 21

So today is day 21 but only workout 18. I have kept with the diet and workout on most days. I have missed w workout day an only did half tonight. I did however workout really hard last night. I have been working on the car most of the day, that is as bad as Yoga X. My back and side are killing me so I didn't continue very long. Not to make excuses but I don't want to be too sore for tomorrow.

Wow Uh 4 days later!

So I haven't blogged in 4 days, I have been doing P90X and noticing the results a bit. Which is Awesome. I did have 2 cheater meals this week though :( Krystal one night then McDonald's Sandwiches the next) I weighed in Monday Morning at 197 though.
On another note, I noticed that the workouts are done before I know it and I don't really feel like I went through the whole routine even though Jeanna and I did. I guess things get easier so I'll have to push more. Now, With my weight I can drop to the eating plan level 2 or I can extend level 3 a bit to lose some belly fat. if you are confused I'll explain. P90X has 3 phases with 3 levels in each. Phase 1 is the first 30 days and so on. Levels are how many calories your body needs to burn optimal fat and build muscle. The larger you are the more calories you need.

I think I'm going to start doing the abdominal exercises at night so burn the spare tire off.
