You know it's amazing on how much easier the second week of workouts is than the first week. I can't wait until I hit day 90 and look back and see how much I've improved from day one. Yes I feel the workout, Yes I"m pushing myself. No, I'm not waking up sore and limping. What an amazing two weeks. Yes we took a couple days off so to get back on schedule we are going to do Yoga-X in the AM and Kenpo-X in the evening and have Sunday as our off day. My weight is still holding at 201-203 lbs but I can see some muscle tone beginning to develop in the arms and legs.
I've heard from 3 people now that I look like I"m losing my gut and some double chin. Maybe I"m building muscle and that's why the weight isn't melting off like I would hope it does. I'm also thinking of taking a walk every day or two just for a little extra exercise.
The Diet: I've been less strict than I should be, but Sunday is shopping day and Jeanna I are going to stock up for that in hopes the weight will start coming off again.
