For a while I've felt like crap. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. That Stops Tomorrow. January 22nd 2012 I vow to enact "Will90X"! I will start doing P90X and I will be tracking progress here. P90X, (for those who don't know) is an intensive workout system designed to lose weight, eat healthier and feel better. I'm ready! My target completion date is April 25th 2012. That date allows for only 3 "setback" days. I am going to weigh tonight and in the morning for a beginning weight.
Beginning Weight: 207lb Night Weigh-in -- Target Healthy weight: 155Lb
Beginning Body Fat: 23% -- Ideal Body Fat: 8-10%
Waist Line: 35in
Height: 5'7"
