So I haven't blogged in 4 days, I have been doing P90X and noticing the results a bit. Which is Awesome. I did have 2 cheater meals this week though :( Krystal one night then McDonald's Sandwiches the next) I weighed in Monday Morning at 197 though.
On another note, I noticed that the workouts are done before I know it and I don't really feel like I went through the whole routine even though Jeanna and I did. I guess things get easier so I'll have to push more. Now, With my weight I can drop to the eating plan level 2 or I can extend level 3 a bit to lose some belly fat. if you are confused I'll explain. P90X has 3 phases with 3 levels in each. Phase 1 is the first 30 days and so on. Levels are how many calories your body needs to burn optimal fat and build muscle. The larger you are the more calories you need.
I think I'm going to start doing the abdominal exercises at night so burn the spare tire off.
